Wrong wrong and wrong again. Robert Tull the godfather of ETFs would not waste his time on creating an ETF he didn’t think had a high chance of success. The time effort and money researching the new methodology this new ETF utilises along with the market research polling the community it is targeting all bodes well for this to be a success. And the super star board of directors with all their wealthy contacts is another reason this will have every chance to succeed.
