Yes CJ, apparently they are, like I was saying yesterday morning it was the 3rd and around this time it was changed to the 7th which was accounted for Mondays close, then tonight we have the 8th which is for yesterdays close, so tomorrow we could get for todays close. So they are updating, we should see Attorney letter pretty soon.
