What's going on with the company, in your opinion? To assay gold, and determine gold purity collected in ore, is not a big deal.

Gold purity is often tested by melting gold in a fire assay porous cupel in order to verify the amount of non-precious or impure metals in a given sample. This method takes about 5 hours to complete.

The famous fire assay has been around for more than 500 years, but it still is the best method for determining the quantity of gold in a rock matrix.
