The technology isn't effective. It has never turned a profit. The machines break down after minimal use and imperfect feedstock. And because they have sat rusting for over 6 years no improvement or innovation has been made to keep pace with competitors in the industry.
The technology has been around for decades. What P2O has isn't novel or unique (the numerous patent denials they get from USTPO say this ) If turning scrap plastic into oil by pyrolysis was profitable there would be hundreds ...if not thousands....of operations all over the world.
