Also, without pensions employees aren’t loyal anymore. GE trains provides world class training for people out of college and then they leave, massive brain drain. There is no incentive for people to stay. Companies like JnJ and Exxon still have pensions and they work. All my friends that work in those companies have stayed there since graduation and they are just fine.
