This will never happen. Think about the fundamentals of what you are suggesting. One of the main benefits of being an early investor and buying preferred shares is the fact that a conversion rate is negotiated. You are suggesting that Medico approach said investors and basically ask “You know preferred share conversion rate we agreed upon earlier when you decided to invest? Would you be ok with giving up your conversion rate in exchange for a 1 to 1 conversion rate?” That will never happen. No one here should be expecting something even close to that nature to happen. Not trying to be a buzz kill, but I am a realist. The chances of an early investor giving up the main benefit of being an early investor is somewhere well below 1%. Invest wisely everyone.
