On June 21, 2019 the Company signed a Settlement Agreement with TCA Global Master Credit Fund, LP in order to end litigation. There will be a hearing in front of the Arizona Court in November regarding the settlement agreement.

From most recent filing...settlement coming here. ITKH share structure unchanged. Float only 163 million folks. Not hard to imagine this running on new of settlement being final. Once interest is removed from balance sheet ITKH is showing a profit! Settlement will clear the way for ITKH to complete the audit and eventually uplist. That has been their plan.
