Am I missing something? I am not aware of any Large Scale Import of MJ being LEGALLY ALLOWED by the US.

So the “Per Gram” cultivation cost outside of the US will have no bearing on the US market since it is and will be considered a controlled substance and not allowed (without special permission for testing for example) to enter the US.

Even if and when the Fed government might remove MJ from the Illegal Substance List, that Does Not in any way shape or form mean that they will allow MJ as a commodity that can be imported.
