I have long wondered if what we have been seeing here in RCPIQ trades, are trades by independent bidders and buyers, or are a lot of these trades being done by a group which has been accumulating shares.
WE have seen at times, many shares trade at a higher price, then a few shares trade near closing, at a lower price, or unchanged for the day leaving the impression that not much happened!
