Sadly there are plenty on IHUB with inscrutable cutting-edge tech plans like WNDW that are always in the "startup phase," some for decades, and always on the cusp of that big breakthrough that will make their investors rich, and send the stock... To Da Moon.

How about the recently shuttered Baltia Airlines... That never quite got off the ground... even after decades. What a laughable enterprise! I can name many such stocks in various fields but as you say, many are biotechs.

As a group the market hasn't been especially kind to them lately.

How many golf carts are there in the US? How about a solar window coated golf cart roof. The cart is usually out in the sun charging itself.

Country clubs would line up to eliminate the maintenance of plugging in the carts every time they come off the course. This is one application they have looked at applying the coating to flexible plastics.
