Even if you only counted the secured debt against the debt ridden shell. It still is not covered . But there is plainly unsecured claims filed against the empty shell that arent being paid . With no plan submitted to the Delaware court to pay it .
When will that plan be submitted ? Who will be submitting it ? BioAmber Sarnia the owner of the plant that was liquidated is liable for its debt that was secured by said sludge plant. The last motion plainly spelled out the debt will not be paid .

Probably should read the rest of that motion for an initial order under CCAA. In it you'll find that BioAmber, Inc., is the guarantor of the marority of BioAmber, Inc's secured debt.
