As I said, this is not a „new“ information.
They achived this tax reduction 2 years back I guess. But that tax reduction had to be taken till a specific deadline, and because niocorp is performing at light speed, i guess they need to redo it, because that deadline wont be inline with construction plans and all the postponements.
I guess market wont react on thst „news“ at all, but 500 sells continue to happen.

All we need is C$.56-$.58 today.
That would encompass all moving averages , which are between $.565 and $.575
Today, the 9 day average is doing a wrap around the 200 d-ma (I hope)

Chart is ready to blow us north again.
