LCYB has nothing to do with BioAmber.
Of course LCY hired the former BioAmber employees where they could. LCY bought the plant, it's theirs, and having employees that's operated it before is helpful in accelerating the new operations.
What will the fairy tale be after LCYB produces the corn sludge at their plant all by themselves with nothing from the out of business, empty, debt ridden shell company?
