I've seen that the early investor lawsuit was dropped in favor of arbitration. I was not even aware of this legal action.

I have yet to see where the former employers suit against MedMed for early termination was dropped. So between arbitration and perhaps another live lawsuit they still have legal issues, not to mention not be able to keep top talent.

Much has happened since April for sure, they just hired another CFO, this time from the inside. I'm still holding off until I can find out more and see if management can turn it around.
