Another fallacy. There IS NO uncertainty. It is 100% certain the patents are worthless. #1, they are currently ineligible, this invalid. #2, no sales, licenses, settlements, partnerships or jv in the entire 8 year period since the patents haven been trolled out. That is the epitome of the definition of WORTHLESS... It doesn't get any more worthless than that. Maybe Koh's decision will be overturned? Maybe not. 50/50. Until then, worthless and the stock is down 97/98% in last 22 months. Worst position possible. Yada, yada, yada, about EU, so far hot air. Same for China, India, etc. Same thing for the entire voip service provider arena, worldwide.
