strictly IMO--#1 there has not been enough bid shares at 2 to convert!
#2-- did a tweet search #COHO-- viewed a post that reported buying FWIW. IMO the reason for vol-- new buyer.
BTW--slapped for a couple last week- at 2- not many-- just an add to the stash
