This is my message from when i went there a few months ago

I decided to fly to Denver and get a first-hand look at what's going on with the stores. I stopped at the open location first and I'll give you a list of pros and cons in my opinion.cons are the the sign isn't very in-your-face I drove by it twice before I finally saw the sign and the parking lot is a little bit of a hassle to get in and out of. The pros are that there was a line waiting out the door when I arrived ,all of the staff were wonderful and the inventory is premium. After I left the original Denver location I went over to the II Denver location to be the second location is definitely a better location and will be a really nice size store.currently it's pretty much a vacant building with a very small room that sells a few products still under the old name Colorado wellness when I talked to the staff they all confirmed Diego pellicer will be opening a store there soon and the holdup is State approval just as everyone else has said. they pretty much all said this is common and it is sometimes a lengthy process getting the approval from the state.the Diego pellicer coming soon sign that was hanging on the building is removed. But it's not because the deal fell through it is because the state made them take it down because they cannot Advertise a company to be coming soon if they aren't approved yet
