That's irrelevant.

1. There's no legal obligation for BA Inc and/or its directors to settle a shareholders suit during a court-ordered stay.

2. Legally, creditors' priority takes precedence over shareholders. If creditors are left impaired, it would be unlawful for BA Inc to reach an agreement in principle with shareholders.
