The revenue needed to fund the build-out was generated just last quarter/this quarter too perhaps. so, i imagine he just started 3-4 months ago. he stated he used revenue from quarter 2 to purchase estrella ranch, so he seems to be using the generate revenue, use that to build the business, approach. it's a slower way of growing, but fiscally more responsible.

You're asking me, why? You have access to the same information as I do. I make educated guesses based on past evidence and behaviors. Make your best guess and buy/sell accordingly. But I've seen you in action for years... You don't need me to tell you that, right?
