I just got off the phone with Liz. 12 minute call. This whole transaction is legit. Tony Nick was looking for a publicly traded company to take over the stock symbol in lieu of going through Nasdaq and waiting for the long process. Tony will be bringing in a new entity and hence why he has spent all the money on the filings.

Another CLSI mega Nasdaq merger confirmation but today as of 10/09/2019 we now have Tony's confirmation on top of this below that the merger is already done and he is done. Now we await the OTC stop sign removal and news from the new company:
