average OTC investors are already in and are mostly in big RED. no way they will buy at current prices. it's upto the company to decide where they want the pps is. they can take this higher and uplist OR they can sell shares at current and lower pps and uplist with RS. fingers crossed, but as of now most of the current shareholders are in big red, including myself.

I agree with DHANA.
However I believe Long term Investor Sentiment made an appearance with a big move on the first Friday after the September 26 SEC green light for all open end ETF's.

OTC Market Sentiment is driven by short term arbitrage with not much attention to long term fundamentals. OTC focus is on the reaction highs and lows from future catalysts eg.: Nov 1 launch date, promotional PR's, social media and the BOD actively participating in future "Inside ETFs conferences".
