So much focus on the "fake", lol. Never mind the real businesses, real buildings, real staff, real clients.

Exactly. The facts are so clear and simple !

What OTC play even owns multiple pieces of real estate, let alone a $12 million euro newly built world headquarters where they documents the construction process from the ground up to completion- for the world to see?

$GIFX has numerous photos and videos showing their business units full of employees- who all can be found on Linkdin and social media and numerous other places. Heck, a few people have visited the headquarters and places like their Grandex finance division branch- touched it, seen it all.

What OTC play has that and is not 3 or 4 dudes in a residential house or a rent-a-dump in some run down strip mall, LOL ? I don't know of any? The hard facts on GIFX are so easy to verify- we have several people in Turkey and/or Cyprus who drive by and take photos for us- what, they're all photoshopped LOL !!!

What about focusing on the “one seller” who unloaded a bunch of shares at bid last Thursday? What about focusing on the default business license? What about focusing on the company pulling their Yeni Bakis website shortly after publishing an article that stated “balance sheets will be released in the coming days”? What about focusing on the fact that GIFA hasn’t provided any financial data at all about any of their business operations, other than tax documents shared via Yeni Bakis (The very site which is now down). Any of these red flags something worth focusing on?

A focus on continual disinformation versus the easiest of verified factual due diligence versus the unprovable false narratives.

Not much to say here except to state clear facts:

ONE, ONE large seller exited their position on Thurs. Period. End of story.

We know who it was and why they needed to sell and they did it rapidly and at-market. It triggered a few stop losses also and a little panic selling.

Sell-side shares were INSTANTLY vacuumed up and the stock #GIFX has already tagged as high as 5 cents again yesterday. Making back nearly any losses caused by the single data point, single person sell "event" of last Thursday.

Not much to say here except to state clear facts:

Anything other than stated above is stockbullshit and disinformation. No "predictions" have or were accurate. There was no mass breakdown in any longs holding the majority of the float. There is no long term trend or strategic change to what is GIFX and how well this massive reverse merger will be completed, etc

Total poppycock BS.

Everything about GIFX is the same as is their massive conglomerate, their assets, their on-going merger completed SEC filings, etc.

One, one seller sold a large holding on Thursday. The stock has already made back nearly all the loss caused by that, and it did it in only a little under 2 trading days.

Anything stating anything to the contrary is BS and hasn't got a shred of fact(s) to back it up. We know who sold and why. It's that simple. One holder, one who had enough shares that made up the entire sell-side volume of Friday.

That seller is still a shareholder. That is a fact.
