Absolutely. “Maxine code” is meant to imply things, which the vulnerable will interpret as progressive and validation, as opposed to how it really is, based on what is really said.
Maxine uses phrases like:
We have engaged with
We believe we are
We have begun the process
We feel we will
We are putting together
All of which mean jack squat when it is one sided.
He uses “we” as a way to have it interpreted as he AND the other party, when in reality it is just him saying he is doing something. Like, “we are putting together a joint PR for approval by TMobile”. Some people only see we are putting together a joint PR, and ignore that TMobile is not a part of the process, then refuse to accept TMobile has nothing to do with what Maxine says “we” are doing.
