Thanks Golden, as the CEO describes, 'Honey oil' is fundamentally the last step before Isolate, Isolate being the goal of the company and the most refined product of CBDs at this date. To review, the Company derived this 'Honey' at the Nexus plant- current capacity 1320 kilos Isolate per month, should double with a Pelletizing system being installed shorty(by end of year). Cost quoted current, ><780$ per kilo, Spot pricing averaged 4500$ per kilo on annum basis 2018.
Origin plant in Romania has almost a like capacity and is awaiting final government licensing, is complete with manpower selected and standing by.
Horizon Plant is planned construction starting spring 2020 and online right after next years harvest where company proposes almost tripling land under cultivation.
All told, Stillcanna plans and has started the process towards 100,000 plus Kilos per annum quoted through 2020.
I expect that Isolate Pricing will drop somewhat, Stillcanna expects to reduce 'cost per kilo' for their enterprise to roughly be half of '780$'. The Spot price drop can only drop to match Profitability just as in any commodity, no one makes products for a loss... to say.. spot prices will eliminate small enterprise and many midrange ISOLATE producers... giving large scale producers the bulk of markets, large scale producers will set prices,
Stillcanna will be one of the worlds largest.
Next years 100,000+ kilos projection times ><4500$ per, cost dropping from 780$ per.
There are multiple levels of Stock pricing involved with JVs, employees as in every Equity financed startup... this is very advantageous for day traders, also for longer term holders(through out next year and more info in the spring next year as to 2021... 'Isolate being the goal of the company and the most refined product of CBDs at this date'- Isolation of individual components of 'CBDs', CBDA and Cannabissin-B are pipelined to being considered as possible developments for 2021.
(will require more infrastructure)
In closing, we are at a point where imo, every one should be picking up a few shares for long term holding, setting aside for X-mas next year;)
