Their quarter ended 8/31 so the next news may be the 10q. That will tell us a lot about where they stand with the debt load.

DGTW needs direction. Management has yet to decide which industry they want to go in. Im still hopeful they adopt a blockchain platform as mentioned in 2018. Thus far the filings havent lead to anything positive
