Hey Vici, was referring to the part of the 8k that read:

“In connection with the closing of the Purchase Agreement, the Company and Moog will enter into a joint venture agreement for the development of the Horsefly Assets and the related business (the “Horsefly Agreement”).”

Overall, I believe that it looks good for WKHS, and we finally know what is happening with Surefly.
