Browsing the documents quickly...The first document is a Venezuelan bond. I do not see proof of ownership by Conversion solution or any other party in that document...do you? This is like me showing you the papers of incorporation of Microsoft and claiming i own it?
Are your other two documents from the gscca.gov site? If so, how do they prove anything? Have you seen the document purporting some indian tribe owns the moon? Is that true as well?
Further, from what i see, you are showing the agreement with HSWF...as per their 10k (or was an 8k), CSHD has yet to fulfill their part of the agreement, they have yet to make any of the required downpayment. Hence, the reason for the C&D letter. I think you should remove the fog glasses...if you read your document, you would realize CSHD has defaulted on these agreements.
If this is your DD...i suggest you fire all of those 22 people working for you.
