I think you fail to realize the complexity that could be involved with cleaning up a shell that has been taken over for a reverse merger.

I was tracking another reverse merger shell take over a couple years back and the old company that occupied the shell was a mining company who operated in some part of africa. Well before they were able to change their name with finra they had to fly accountants to africa to close the loop on some old missing financial statements. That took 6 months but it got taken care of.

The name change and the cleanup of the financials will happen. Just because you dont understand the process doesnt mean other people and the other companies involved have the same negative outlook.

I can't see how any company would want to get involved with another company that can't do things in a timely manner.
