Yes I Asked her that too and she said it should be coming anytime. CLSI Owners asked Tony not to tell them anything Co specific but he did tell them the RMing Co. Is NASDAQ Caliber and plans on on the CLSI Shares Appriciating up to the $3.00 NASDAQ Minimum very quickly. Especially since the New Co is going to be issuing themselves shares.

Good. Once the attorney’s letter hits, filings will be current within 48 hours, maybe even the same day. PPS should run to .20+. Once 8K hits, the sky is the limit.
