Well it looks like you are right. The management of LAHO are fools because they didn't file their SEC financials in a timely fashion. They got hit by the SEC hammer instead and have now gone the way of the Dodo bird never to be heard from again. There is no present for LAHO now its all in the past for this garbage ticker. Shares are only worth outhouse wall paper now. This ticker has turned into a real dogs breakfast.
