DLCR is a fully reporting SEC filing company. The DLCR share structure has been the same for quite a few months now. The dilution that was previously scheduled to take place has not transpired. I think there is a chance that the management might have come across some workarounds to keep the share structure constant. It's going to be interesting to see what the next updates will reflect. I'm guessing that the DLCR share structure is still going to remain the same as unchanged to reflect the same numbers indicated below on the next update:
