CLSI is almost 14 million dollars in debt. More notes start to hit in Dec. along with company salaries they hit with non stop and dilution! Acela confirmed there is NO MERGER! It was a scam LOI all along just like all the other 98% of penny stocks that do scam LOI's to sell shares and dilute. How will CDIX that already has 14 million in liabilities and debt to be sold into this stock with dilution well into 2021 an possibly a lot longer now be able to get 15 million in cash to buy Acela? It would be impossible IMO. Plus the worst part would be the 15 million in stock that would mean endless dilution for years to come.
