Exchange listed means Nasdaq/Nyse.

FWIW,,,the other brokers that announced free trades are using the same guidelines. Mebee ones like IAC Interactive, etc. may incl otc, but dunno for sure.

Gunga, I spoke with TDA and they do not incl otc stocks for free.

The guy also mentioned that ETRades offers free otc but for limited time(whatever that means). lol.
