Keep in mind, if people purchase this, and it threatens their "control" over the stock/direction of the company, you can bet, they will give themselves as many shares as it takes, to maintain control.
The gifting of shares to the directors personal companies, should raise serious red flags. Well, more red flags. Real company real investors would never allow that.
