Yes, this has talked about at length.

All they have to do is drop one of their many huge PRs to get the share price up and then they qualify. Not to difficult to comprehend.

They are obviously waiting for Nasdaq to give them the green light.

Thats from June 4 months ago.They have hot make that statement.If they don't get approved and state the opposite they would be screwed and litigated by every blood sucking securities law firm in the world..Glad I'm backing a smart management team.

Stiggie My guess that this refers to the current stock price which has to be above 2 dollars to qualify.

They have to be very conservative in 10Q to avoid liability in misleading investors.

The stock price at the time of the 10k filing was not high enough to satisfy the minimum stock price requirement imho
