There is strong belief in the ultimate merger and success of the combined company. If failure is the the books or the situation is that dire why would the company worry about SEC action. Until a definite result is announced seat back and enjoy a break from worries. I have written my 49M shares off and my life has not changed at all. We eat well, our three pets eat well, get great medical including dental and finally get all the love a pet could need.
It's a good sign to care and want to get ahead but try to look ahead to issues that really matter. Invest in quality stocks as I did well in before.
