I am not holding my breath for CYIO to collect any damages, let alone the wildly inflated $20M that Carnahan claimed the SEC's action has cost the company. Still, it is good to have that presumably behind us now.

Although they don't mean much now, the several typos in Carnahan's 2015 illustrate a rather amateurish approach to responding to the SEC.
