Did Costello tell people he had been contacted by FINRA yo change that filing? I’ve seen then call companies about non reporting OTC submissions so not sure what their authority would be calling them about SEC FILINGS. Although they are asking for a name and symbol change so who knows what FINRA is looking at now.
