There's no "partnering with another company to uplist." There's being bought by a listed company... That's getting acquired, not partnering.

There's no short cut to uplisting except a reverse split of the shares. The alternative is to wait until/if we get a market cap of at least $1.5BN given our # shares o/s. Which route we take depends on our success and management preference (list, get acquired, etc). But even thinking about uplisting is silly until we've got adequate cash and capital. On our list of priorities, uplisting is at the bottom. You'll notice management doesn't mention it anymore. They haven't for years.

What's different is not that management is "excited" (they always are, have been saying and acting so for years), but what they've specifically said recently about negotiations. In the past four months it's been pointing to a likely term sheet for B-OM by year end. Now it looks more specifically like before the next 10-Q.
