There is only one item on the list: At IHub, to reward posts, and have 1/3 of the money go to ADVFN. Who doesn't even use it to fill the "Community Faucet", much less pay people to get advertisers to buy new faucets.
But you know, they've probably collected a fair number of coins thanks to the cut they give themselves. So wouldn't it be in their own interest to work harder at popularizing Plus One?
