Brother, I had forgotten that it just hit me like a ton of bricks.
When I went to the OTC page and saw no par value, I just though oh well, great thought.

But I had remembered a PAR value tho...did a little digging and walla!

I had bought stock before at PAR knowing it could not go lower....got out at PAR at least I just lost the trade cost!
