I never trust that. I look at other RM charts and see how they reacted in between updates taking the float into considerstion. Normally 20% daily swings between the name change on SOS and a confirmation on SOS, OTC or a filing. So between .004 - .005, .0045 - .0055 but regardless, nothing till confirmation.
