GSEs are were the real discussion of the 30 year and affordable housing and guarantees for 75% of the market (in type and income) is discussed

TBTF banks argue we need to have whatever GSEs get

My argument
Any such guarantee needs to be earned by structure mission and regulation. GSEs get the future guarantee for earning it. Anyone else can earn it if they agree to same regulation and restrictions
