Last week (and the weeks before) there was a seller. He went down to 0.025 on the ask frequently (but not all the time). Some shares were sold for 0.015 even. This week, he was at 0.025 once but I was too late. My quotes are 15 min delayed.

But yeah, if there is no seller then it is very hard to get shares. I don't feel like paying 0.039 for it though. I did it before, and 2 days later it was down to 0.02, 50% lower.
