Yeah WhyTest, on the British/Dubai excipient test.... been there in a Long Island test funded by Stonybrook. Can't find that whitepaper at moment.

If you're voting, I'm against any REVERSE SPLIT and thus against doing the split solely to stay on the NASDAQ. Hayward insinuated a LOT WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN, annnddddd, doubting that unfortunately.

Still have some weeks to go till the PROXY VOTE is counted. PROPOSAL 2 does extend our laying in LIMBO a while longer. NASDAQ gave us OUT till end of the YEAR. I'm good with PROVISION 2.
