Appears that did complete a reverse split since the shares are at the low’s but now trading much higher than they were pre-halt. I don’t mind the move because the company needs to navigate troubled financial situation so reducing share count and getting a higher share price will be needed for anything they have planned.
The company has dumped a lot of money into non-commercially viable products so the company might be better entering bankruptcy and selling off assets to a newly formed company that could proceed with only the most promising assets of CBIS.
