No shield. I have done pretty well for my self relying on God and the talents he has given me. I have done my own DD and it points to CSHD owning the bonds. The only thing I have seen that disputes that fact is the SEC Staff Accountant. Who can't get the principal amount correct? I have an office 30 accountants just like the SEC's that work for me. So I take my DD over theirs. That is not blind that is trusting in god and myself not other.
At the point if anyone can show me where the CSHD doesn't own what they say I will move on. I have done audits and fraud investigations in the past, so telling to read the SEC stuff is like asking to go jump off a bridge. They are doing their job. Now I agree that through the discovery phase the SEC might have additional information that is not public yet. But I doubt it. They would have gone for more aggressive actions to delist the company. Right now they are waiting for CSHD to make the next move.
So if you or anyone else can post someone else owning the bonds or anything showing they don't own the bonds I will go away.
LOL The Cease and Diesis was real but they don't have the bonds. LOL How can that be? If the bonds are not CSHD's the C&D is fake too. LOL
I pray every day about the decision I make and so for I never felt convicted to sell. For me it is all God's money and he always gives me what I need.
