Has nothing to do with HDII.....as far as I know according to otc they are late with their filings.
Thats another reason the price on HDIi is crazy low compared with Z...

yes...they did their filings and had to amend them...there is an ongoing lawsuite,next hearing is oct 9th,the docs were posted last night,its over $$ owed

and aeropon isn't going forward til its resolved...hopefully they can resolve this one over the weekend
