They need to sell POLA to a larger company. IF they get the military contract(s), that might be a good moment to see if, say, Raytheon is interested.

But also, yes. Announcing that they got a big T-Mobile order would I think alleviate the current fear they they are in the process of losing the Tier-1 again like they did with Verizon.
