frustrating . they just did it with the felons right to vote act . the legislature and the governor rendered that bill almost useless. they have done it quite a few times with citizen mandated amendments . heck, when the people voted for medicinal weed then gov scott and the republican controlled legislature wouldn’t approve smoking flower despite the majority voting to do just that...
